The Wine Advocate's Tasting Note:
"The 2009 Raso de Larrainzar is a multi-grape blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and a pinch of Garnacha following the profile of its siblings, with clean aromas, focused flavours, good balance and polished, sophisticated tannins denoting the hand of a good winemaker behind this red blend. Slick and polished. Drink now-2017."

Navarra is a region in northern Spain, and a limited area of wine-making. Today it is one of Spain’s most exciting quality wine regions.

Due to its special location between Rioja and Bordeaux, it draws expertise and inspiration from both of these regions while retaining its own individual wine style in what has been internationally named as the “Navarra blend”.
